foxy lady cocktail code c 70

I have a foxy lady cocktail several chips were missing when i got it I actually found the proper chips now it fires up but the pops right slingshot and top kickout are dead and i get a code c 70 any suggestions kinda of intermiediate tech still learning also some one wired off one pop to the other i removed wired and replaced 4 drivers with tip 102 almost there Could it be the bridge rectifiers
