A while ago I get a call from a relative that tells me he found a pinball machine in the trash. He continues to tell me that it is in a box or a table like thing. So I was going to work on the machine for him and get it up and running. With the new twins and job hunting I did not have the time to get out to work on it. I get a call from my relative asking if I wanted the machine to come pick it up. I get out to pick up the machine ( having visions that the machine is an Allied leisure or something of an off machine ). The machine ends up being a Startrip  grin  TThe top glass looked great, The cabinet was a little funky, and the Playfeild looked great. The cabinet looked like the machine was dropped, the cab was cracked in the corner by te left flipper. We go to move the machine and there looks like water stains on the floor. My cousin looks down and touched the stains and says hmm it is dust. We got to lift the machine into my truck and the cabinet is weired feeling almost spongey. I get the machine home and go to lift the machine out of my truck and my hand goes through the underside of the playfeild cabinet. Long story short the machine had been left out in the rain for a while and the cabinet had water, rot and termite damage sad  I ended up stripping the entire machine last night when I got home ( outside of course ) and used the cabinet for a fire pit. it was funny the laminate on the cab was solid looking unil you touched it and when you did it just crumbled. Oh well on to the next find.
